I literally told you what to do. First, you don't use a gallery unlocker. DC has a built in unlocker in the game. just click the wifi symbol on the in game cell phone and unlock. It's the same mechanic that had been in the game for many many years. See: #82,160

cheats for money click on the wifi symbol in phone menu couple of times and enable cheats. then go to console where we can enter codes use saga.cast.anon.cash = 99999999 it will work it did for me atleast. I hope I remember to look at my own comment in the next playthrough and not waste another ten minutes importing random shit.

If you're talking about v0.20.16 - yes, one click on the wifi symbol on the phone give access to the cheat menu and you can do a lot of things there.
If you're talking about v21.0.0 - you don't need to do that for cash. The only mode in the game, currently, is PREVIEW MODE and it starts Anon with $10,000 cash and nearly $10,000,000 in the bank. And all stats maxed. The only thing the cheat menu currently does in v21.0.0 is give players the ability to unlock/lock the cookie jar cg gallery.
