Im playing on mobile and i cant seem to play the mini games even if i try to activate then it still wont give me the ability to improve my stats

You didn't say which version you are playing but I am sure that's because you're playing the PREVIEW version of the tech update that isn't completed. Not all content is migrated over from the stable version.
The PREVIEW version only has the PREVIEW mode available. The PREVIEW mode is the cheat mode with full stats and $10,000,000 in cash and at the bank. This is because the PREVIEW version also doesn't have any of the mini games available except the garden game.

those wallpapers look straight up awful not going to lie. i don't know if he is regressing skill wise or he just doesn't give a shit anymore but man. i wonder if people are eventually going to beg him to just use AI to make the characters look more consistent
i mean just compare the debbie wallpapers with these old ones he did for eve
i think it's a huge problem, he is spending so much time on the remake doing new art but what's is the point if looks so bad? am i the only one?

okay he was never great drawing hair but look at the eve wallpaper i posted, at least it doesn't look like straight up play doh.
i'm not an art expert but even i can tell he doesn't put any effort anymore in his line work. look at her right arm and left titty. what the fuck is going on below her left knee? he doesn't even bother to correct obvious mistakes anymore

i'd say 10% or so of the content we had before the remake after 3 years of work
last time I played there was a big warehouse section, how much has been added to the main game after that?

OK, this is baffling. I played this some years back and my last version was 20-14 apparently and I thought that was flagged as complete. Has that been added to in 21 or is it just some 'fixes' (which I didn't think it needed )
From reading the changelog it doesn't look like the game has extended (Though I think there were uncompleted story lines at the time).
This is probably my most favourite game of all time due to the humour throughout (especially the 'presidents' storyline) but I cannot see me playing from the top again just to see a few extra scenes or what look like some pretty poor 'new' animations/charaterisations

I appreciate the effort but the pre-tech patch is full of references of them not being related or in college etc. I wish I hadn't deleted the previous additional dialogue incest patch. It worked and covered most things but now we can't download it anymore because the link has been removed.
I know it says this patch covers the same things but I started a new game and it is absolutely not covering a ton of content.
I'd say only 50% of the dialogue or less is covered by it.
Please repost the OG patch.

It has been college since at least April 2018 - v0.15.0.
See my FAQ #80,539 for the file you are referring to that was used from before v0.20.5 through to v0.20.16.
It does not work for v21.0.0.
