Do you want to play the version with the most content who'll never get updated? Or do you want to play the remake with only 15% of content but will keep being updated?

Remake if you want less content but that would be updates.

None. The art is the same, but slight changes for old art (like Debbie), and some slight changes on some scenes or new scenes too, but it's basically the same.

The major change was the coding.

Pick the version before the tech update. It's buggy but it's full of content.

Does anyone here have a link to two WIP versions of the game with sequential build numbers? For example: wip-2345 and wip-2346, or wip-6969 and wip-6970, you get the idea.
I'm asking this because I'm genuinely curious on how much development goes into each of those builds. I'm guessing they edit a whole line of code and then say "NEW BUILD!".

At least in theory endless development wouldn't be an issue. There's nothing wrong with what, for example, Second Base does; it keeps adding new girls and revamping old content.
The problem is not that. The problem is that the Summertime Saga dev is clearly stalling. Doing the bare minimum possible to justify that endless development.
