All animations, not just in this title, are "slide shows" - even films. They all are individual images strung together to give the illusion of motion. Have been so for centuries, including flip books and more rudimentary animation.

For this title, several still images (or parts of images) are tied together to give the illusion of motion.

Holy shit... First heard of this game around 2018, tried it and it was a raw mess, plus never liked the art style... Stumbled across it now, in 2025, surprised to see the release date, but nope, apparently it still didn't release despite milking patreon since 2016

There's less content, but new scenes and animations. Right now it's just Debbie and Jenny in the new version.
