Read back a few pages (do a search) ..its been discussed MANY times. Latest version is after remake - most of the material has been removed...being trickled back in approximately every 2 months. If you want the more fleshed out game - play the pre-tech version on the OP.

Look at Page #1. You are playing the version that is under re-write. Download version 20.16. It has a ton of story, but was done in such a way that it couldn't be easily updated; hence the re-write.
I don't remember exactly but I think it was either the scene of the MC fucking Jenny while watching TV on the couch or the one of him fucking her during her livestream.
What this obscene pornographic game development enterprise has become is a complete scam and a waste of everyone’s time. I have recently confronted my deepest needs, wants, and psychological state, concluding that it is easier and healthier to completely quit watching porn—and especially following this game development—than to endure the toxic psychological effects of pornography, including its grotesque, trauma-inducing content.
Beyond that, I am certain it is a very real possibility that the artist harbors childhood trauma. Rather than addressing this in adulthood, they have chosen to monetize it, spreading a harmful "mind virus" through their work. It is also plausible that the artist no longer derives satisfaction from their craft, meaning they produce content solely for financial gain.
If AI (stable diffusion) revolution didn't happen, this would probably be long forgotten at this point.
The only thing keeping it alive at this point is AI generated fan art, and from the looks of it it is not gonna change anytime soon from DC side of things.
But with current pace of AI development, we will soon get capability to generate whole point and click storyline with text, audio, and images faster than DC can redraw a single boob from 4:3 to 16:9.
Given all this. DC job at this point should be:
1. upscale current assets, for high resolution AI training
2. Develop new characters and their arcs stories.
3. Work on world building, locations, scenes.
The rest is gonna be generated by people using AI, and I mean interactions between characters based on their characteristics and arcs in various game locations.
And at this point the fact that DC isn't using AI to get productivity boost does not makes any sense.

Incest Patch for the latest update (WIP 6011) and the Pre-Tech Version (0.20.16)
This is a patch that reverts back the relationship of the characters to how it was before the change in Patreon policy. For feedback and suggestions, please seethis threadI've created.
Much more comprehensive list of changes to dialogue. I checked almost every line of dialogue and made sure it flowed correctly. This is not just a simple name change for the characters, but whole blocks of lines are back to their 14.5 version of the game (the last version that has incest). New dialogue written for this tech update also were taken into consideration since DarkCookie is adding new story beats. I'll try to make the dialogue conform to their familial relationship as much as possible. I also modified the art asset to fit the new widescreen resolution of the game, and will continue doing so as needed.
What about other incest patches out there?
outdated and shouldn't be used. Lots of text bugs and not made for the latest pre-tech version.
is not compatible with my patch. It hasn't been updated in a while and all the changes that patch offers is also included in my patch.
Relation Tweaker Mod is not compatible with my patch. However, I recommend using this one instead if you want to customize the relationship between characters. This patch allows step relations or mixed step/incest relations. It works with the new tech updateonly.
Relation Tweaker Lewd+ is standalone and should work with any incest patch/mod. It works with the new tech updateonly.
Naughty Tribute Mod is not an incest patch, but a mod for the pre-tech version (0.20.16). There are some compatibility issues I haven't looked into yet. Someone in this thread uploaded a fix here, and while I haven’t personally tested it, you’re welcome to give it a try.
Installation:
Pick only one version of the mod. Use the appropriate patch for the version of the game you're using.

No, the plan has been to finish Debbie's story this update, then add several Debbie sex scenes and pregnancy in the next.
At best, and most likely, he's just avoiding drawing spoiler (see: sex) scenes for the next update on stream. Judith may be bundled in this update or the next, who knows.
At worst he's procrastinating, running off to draw characters that aren't really going to be involved in anything to avoid drawing something important for the Debbie update, and BOOM, Debbie goes on for another cycle.
