No, the plan has been to finish Debbie's story this update, then add several Debbie sex scenes and pregnancy in the next.

At best, and most likely, he's just avoiding drawing spoiler (see: sex) scenes for the next update on stream. Judith may be bundled in this update or the next, who knows.

At worst he's procrastinating, running off to draw characters that aren't really going to be involved in anything to avoid drawing something important for the Debbie update, and BOOM, Debbie goes on for another cycle.

Because their content has not been migrated over yet to the preview version of the tech update. Right now the focus is on getting all of Debbie's content migrated over and updated.

I don't understand. The walkthroughs got something more to offer but the Original Gameplay isn't, it keeps saying lol forward for Update.

A bit of both, maybe. Based on the filename, the Judith artwork is for an upcoming wallpaper:



So it'll eventually be worked into her storyline, but in the short term it's a small bit of torture for those of us who've been waiting literal years to see that donut cream-filled.

Can I apply this on Android?

You can, took me a while to figure out how after some process of elimination, but basically it's the same as how it works on PC, you first install the game, then just to be safe start it up, start a new game, make one save, and maybe reboot your phone so that the files are definitely there in your storage. Then you just go into Android/data/com.kompassproductions (something like that) till you get to the main game folder wherein you will see the saves folder and maybe some other stuff. You will then have to create a new folder in that main folder named "game" and then put the mod in there. The mod will lot work unless it's inside the "game" folder for the game to be able to read it. But the game doesn't automatically make a "game" folder on the android version since it works differently so you have to manually create one. But it 100% worked for me once I did that, so yeah. Cheers. Sorry but I can't remember if the main folder is labelled Summertime Saga or what, but I do remember that it's the folder which has the saves folder inside it

Yes, this is a "really smart" way to milk patrons for their money, TWICE.
If the excuse is that renpy is too lousy for a game of this magnitude, he shouldn't have used ren'py to begin with AND he should have migrated to another engine instead of fucking re-doing the same error.
Ren'py will never bed specialized for a game like this!

This is so clever "Yes we will restore content - Here's the road map - 2 mounts per update , REGULAR updates , We will catch up with the old preupdate story in no time " .... then goes in to spliting one single update in to 3 parts (so far i head he is not going to finish it this time yet again ). Half a year for a single character (so far) , and keep in mind some assets were reused from the old version. Remind me back in the day when DC was working mostly alone (coding and dwawing) how long did he take to make Debbie's update?

Seeing as he "alone" and with the dev team weren't working strictly on Debbie's content only when it was first developed:
If you start from Aug 2016 when it was first listed on Patreon (of course, he'd been working on it for quite a bit of time before then) - from 1.5 years up to over 5 years, depending upon when her content was considered "done." Make sure to request a refund if you feel taken.
