I dont usually complain about developers take their time making their games cause I don't pay for it and I'm pirating but damn... remaking the whole game and having no old version for players to go back to (I'm not sure if this is truth for paying customers) is such an asshole move lol

You can download v0.20.16 (the old version, known as the "stable version") for free directly from the developer's website as well as from the first post of this thread.

Just like you can download v21.0.0-wip.6011 (the "preview version" or new version) for free directly from the developer's website as well as from the first post of this thread.

Yeah i know, just used to typing it like that wired mehanically. I just simply dont feel going tho them . Every second comment last few months was negative since the rework started... Its understadable but reading them is annoying.

Edit: i wrote this like i had brain arnyrism, fixed.

For 2 + years of work (and milking people) we got an unfinished teacher route , Jenny and still working on Debbie. Well if you think this is normal keep spending money and praising the guy i don't care. But don't tell me he is not a liar !

For how long did the Devs work on WIP version instead of the Stable version tho?

Pushing 3 updates now so 6 months. He did not release any thing for over two years. Then he shit out the "tech update" (work in progress still mind you) will little to no content , every one assumed he just updating the code and once the tech update was released after 2 yeas he will move on to the rest of the story but no the story was 90 % gone. As far as i remember you had the start of the teaches quest and the 1st day of school and some jenny content . Then he placed the "road map" , that you can see on the site and in the game and promised to release a new updated every 2 months , at first every one thought that means 1 story per update or road task if you will . But then he started spiting the road tasks in to smaller updates. As i said he is working for half an year now on a single character . Yea there are new scenes but many of the old resources are reused. So every update he claims he is about to finish Debbie's story (you can read it on the site of the game) , but every time the update date rolls he says he just needs an other update cycle. You can bet your ass he wont be finished this time as well. Meanwhile instead of working on the game he draws characters like Judith with dick so he can troll his subscribers. The man is a living legend what can i tell you. No one knows how long this game will be developed. Probably until DC dies from old age or retires or until the morons that support him finally get the revelation they are being mocked . You can bet he wont speed up production if the money keep coming. That's why the made this remake .So he can milk the idiots for an other 10 yeas. To be fair 90 % of the games using this hand out economic model are like this.

We're most likely getting GTA 6, Elder Scrolls 6 and Cyberpunk the Sequel before we see this game completed... Summertime Saga 2.0 is being made for our grandchildren

He has zero intention of EVER completing his milk run of a game. I mean you have a game where you can go to school and bust a nut in a bunch of female students and faculty but only one of them can be knocked up at all even using the magic pills that bypass all fertility blocking devices. But said device does not work on Debbie or Fat Boy's redheaded Mom. BS! There are trolling hints that he would add more women into Debbies stable but all you got was a furry instead. Personally I feel like he is taking Trumps win personally and is taking his anger out through a nevr gonna complete game as revenge. Hey I did not advertize my political leanings in a game. That was his choice. So many promises made and so many left undelivered to go into a complete rebuild of a game he obviously does not know how to or simply will never actually complete in its entirity.

Much as I loved this game I now despise it entirely after all the piss poor "Tech Updates" that have given us crap really. Every one adds a bite on the Debbie or the Jenny line and removes more elsewhere. Sorry but I have chosen to write off chasing the Easter Bunny anymore with this one.

Why do people even bother to respond to questions with "do your own research" tier garbage non answers like this? If you are going to waste the time on writing any response surely a succinct one like "the devs are rereleasing the game to pad their patreon" would have been both more helpful and shorter.

You can choose to spoonfeed pablum. That is your choice.
I choose to show people they can easily find the answers themselves - thus the next time they have a question, instead of relying on "the kindness of strangers" - they can rely on the person they should trust the most... themselves.

The answer they were looking for was literally the active conversation on the page they asked their question on and previous the page. And the developer put together a pretty succinct response on their download page - that is open to the public.

And your "pad their patreon" is a wrong answer. But thank you for playing.

Just played this again after like 2 yrs and the rework seems nice but its not a full rework, right? Just some scenes and locations are changed others have the same renders.
