While theres no denial about the demand for it, the issue is the general fact that its being milked to high heaven. Not even the game itself but her character (which is ironic considering milking is also Dianes thing). Her story is getting so much unnecessary padding its crazy. Like, even this update, we got flashbacks of events that were in the previous update, just to stretch it out. Hell, the pool scene if anything, couldve been better at least.

And the kitchen/bathroom still arent officially added, despite the kitchen being in there back in 5595

There was a guy on the discord shitting on complainers because "people don't realise there's a bunch of flashback's in Debbie's sequence where you play as her".

I don't mind them there to add flavour, but they're copy and paste jobs of old scenes with a filter applied on them. Hell they could have made them videos if they wanted to. They're not some grandiose big additions.

That's a terrible tech update and it was such a good game and I've only been doing tech updates for 2 years now..

I see a lot of scenes that are being drawn on the Picarto stream that are not making it into those smaller updates. I am usually asleep when the steams are happening live so... can someone that is awake during live stream hours ask DC when are they going to add all those scenes we've been seeing on picarto? I've seen Judith scenes, i've seen Annie scenes, i've seen Rhonda scenes. None of those have made it into the smaller updates. The new Debbie scenes look great but i'm pretty sure that we don't even have all of her scenes we've seen on stream. Is the coder slow? Are the people posing the art slow? The art exists, i saw it being drawn, maybe there is connecting story art missing? Would be really nice if all the art that is being drawn/redrawn is finally added to the game.

bro I was not planning on it but I'm gonna have kids and have them promise me they will have their own kids, and so on just so someone from by bloodline will maybe have half a chance to play that mythical Judith content if it ever comes out. Not even the full game. I don't have any hope anymore.

Has there ever been a tech upgrade/rework that was actually worth it? Unless its early in development it always seems like a waste, unless its only updated art, maybe. Though i geuss the way most of these games operate is partially the reason. Devs dont seem to set up their code or roadmap in a way that supports such large games with episodic release cycles. Eventually they reach a point at which their game becomes too unmanagable. I have seen many games start with fast updates that keep slowing down. Maybe these devs get lazy, but i think this issue is too widespread for just that to be the only reason. When I support a dev on patreon i fully expect a slow down of dev cycles, but when i see a rework i leave till the content has cought up again. Better to finish up the game and then think of starting a new game, a part 2 or Redo of the finished game with major changes and all new scenes. that being said, sadly, these big games are my favorites so ill keep checking them out.
