No matter how many times, I still get really mad when the nude modeling scene is interrupted. Story wise, the thing that disappoints me about this game is the lack of any group stuff.

Lets be honest with ourselves. The game was basically complete back in 0.20.8, which was back in 2021. There were still parts that were clearly unfinished, but that was kind of the base experience for STS before they decided to Remaster it with an upscale and redo much of the game.

At this point I'm only paying attention to STS updates for art assets for my STS Fan Comic

Granted the dad part is the more important plot and I feel like they resolved that already in the old builds, while the school part was also important considering a chunk of the cast is your classmates, I do feel like the game is "somewhat completed" besides just wrapping up that school loose end and adding like an ending and credits.

It's like that part in Twin Peaks where the show's core plot is the mystery of Laura Palmer's murder but halfway through S2 they basically solve that, and the rest of S2 was basically somewhat filler until they had to end. It's like that.

To expand the plot and continue with the characters having participation, it would be, since the MC in the end has a lot of money it would be to invest it either in a casino and you give more importance to the game of poker or 21, now with that money you can change your house to a bigger one, improve the lives of Dianne and Roxxy, be a gangster at school, also be able to buy a team and use the stadium by adding new characters and mini-games, also now that you are a martial master compete in tournaments and expand the collection of pantyhose, but now it is yours, the truth is the game has several plots to develop and be able to be inspired by movies, DC if you think about it well can create content for years.

Man, it's gonna take so long until the tech update (more of a revamp) is actually done and we'll be able to continue with new story routes. Still, I can't help but love Summertime Saga as it's still the gold standard for 2D erotic sandbox games in my opinion. It's great that there's new small additions getting added each update but it's also kinda frustrating that we had to start from scratch with the tech updates. At this rate, it's gonna take years before we are where we were in terms of content. Still it's cool that there's new stuff getting added in that we didn't have before like Debbie's pregnancy now. If I'm ever gonna start again with the game I'd preferably do so when the tech update is done and everything we had before is remastered.

I see that they added pregnancy content for Debbie that wasn't in the old pre tech version. Does this mean it is finally up to date with the pre tech version. If it's not up to date what major things are still missing?

Anybody have a save file for this new version. I just want to see the new Debbie content but I only played the pre tech version so my save will be no good.

  • Tweaked Kassy's button dialogue to support choosing a topic.
  • Addressed misplaced basket abandonment prompt in Cupid.
  • Ensured Diane's shovel quest cannot leave Jenny in a broken state.
  • Corrected clipping of frames when using screen shake effects.
  • Various typo corrections, presence checks, and context consistency fixes.

In all honesty its funny because by the time I "beat" the game, the only one I felt lacked content was ironically enough the childhood girl friend and the nerd with the big tits, where in other games they'd probably be the one given most content.

Though to be fair the ones I liked in this game were the bitches like Roxxy, Jenny and Josephine in the car dealer lol

I started playing the update and I think they're going to release a patch to fix the screen error, where the characters don't match the text box. I honestly don't know what could be causing it, but it can be fixed by exiting and entering the game.
