The Problem was always the Code from the OLD Version before the Tech Update, that's true.
First he did stupid things at the beginning of the Game, then he had Coders overtime that made their things their way, then he had a Coder who fucked it up even more and now the Game needs to be coded from scratch, that's why the Tech Update is made in the first place. That's the reason, because if Dark Cookie just continued the Game with the old Build, the Game would have been broken before he could add in the missing Content (Rhonda, Judith, Annie and so on). Even the Modders from the old Game like the Naughty Tribute Mod said that the base Game is horribly coded.
The Excecution of the Tech Update is bad, but sadly it was needed.

No. It isn't finished. Dark Cookie is drawing what he wants, he doesn't care if it's productive or not. He even drawed stuff that we won't see for years because new Character Routes will be made after the Tech Update is done. He drawed a Minotaur Girl that will be fuckable in a future Update, he drawed something for Tammy (Erics "Landlady") Route that won't be putted in the Game until Tammy got included in the Tech Update much later and so on. It's like helljack wrote, Dark Cookie draws something, get's bored and then draw other things to distract himself. Dark Cookie distracts himself too much, delaying the content and updates he could do absurdly.

Also he just want to have one active coder.

Hi, I'm a foreign player and wanted to share some thoughts on this game.
I was actually really excited when I played the old version. I was finally going to see Roxxy's sex and subsequent pregnancy scenes. Unfortunately, the author announced a remake back then. It's been over four years now, and I don't think I'll ever see Roxxy's pregnancy scenes again.

After all, who knows when the truly new content will be released?
Four years later? Eight years later?
I'm sad, but there's nothing I can do. I know the author isn't short of money right now...
I can only complain here.

No, that's not true. Watch the animation in the toilet with Judith in the old version and the new one. The difference in the smoothness of the animation is simply colossal.

If that's what you want to believe. Yes, the small part of the screen where Judith's hand strokes Anon is smoother, but the entire scene is still the same kind of fps as the old. So, "colossal" is a bit of an exaggeration. But, okay, my initial response wasn't quite as accurate, either. Most of the scenes have the same animation quality, overall --- but there are certain movements in focus areas that are better. That may change in the future... we'll see.

Question. I am replaying the old build but Im running into an issue. When I load a game, every single event resets, but i the flags stay up so the old events and new events overlap and i cannot progress. (Sometimes I can even get softlocked in the school because he has to do many things at once and cannot do anything). I thought at the beginning that it was conflicting with the new build because they use the same save folder, so i went inside the code and changed the save folder but the issue persisted. Does anybody have a solution?

You are the first person I can recall who is sharing a problem like this.
Are using any mods or patches... If so, remove them and see if it works after doing so.
Saving into the same folder should not be a problem because the different version recognize from which version the save is from (shows as a b/w image instead of color and lists the version of the save on the image).
You mention going inside the code... you haven't done that for anything else prior to this, have you?

Thank you for the fast response. I am using a patch for restoring the incest but thats it, and the patch is supposed to be compatible. And me messing around with the code was after I encounter the issue to see if I could fix it. I also enabled rollback (maybe that's the issue?). Although it only happens after I save and load a game.

If you mean the i-patch from here: #56,943 - yeah, that shouldn't cause issues. If you used any other - you may want to talk to the person who made it.

i would remove the mod and see how it runs without it before doing more.

The game is so old and there are no sex sounds. Shame.
