The best example of this is Kim Jong Un's sister I think. It's only one scene. There really isn't much else where the MC is getting dominated.

They are separate. You play one or the other (or both, separately).

I tried to do the main story but I don't know how to continue playing even though I watched the tutorial. I delivered pizza continuously and waited for several days but still didn't see the red-haired girl. The instructions say it's updating, what should I do?

If you are playing v21.0.0 wait for further updates.
If you are playing v0.20.16, if you had Anon make at least 3 deliveries... Make sure to have Anon simply wake and sleep for three days and try again. If still a problem, ask in walkthrough thread linked in the first post of this thread.
