In theory, yes. But your save can bug too. You can find a save with all the content of the .19.5 complete on STS official page when the .20 will be available.

Well, given that there's no indication at all, that there would be any trans character besides the one that's already in the game, I'm pretty sure that people won't have to worry. If anything we'd likely get a story for Kevin first.

OK folks, for my part that was not meant to be racist and discriminatory towards transsexuals. But so far the game has been fantastic even without content like Transgender & Cuckold.
Everyone should live out their sexuality as long as it is morally justifiable. But suddenly doing everything in STS with optional transsexuality would be like bringing a Star Wars DLC in RDR2.
