The tracker should indeed be for both updates combined. At least I'm not aware that it changed once DC announced they'd split the update, so we should get a "surprise update" somewhere in the middle.
DC said that all the art for the sex scenes and mini games for the first half are done, and I think all the backgrounds are done too. So it shouldn't take that long until the update is released. You need to be more positive.

That is the plan, right now they can't have any incest because of patreon rules but DC has said multiple times that when the game is finished or if they decide to leave patreon they will add it back to the game. They have a backup version of all the dialogue with incest. When sploosh is doing the writting tasks he is doing both the non incest and incest versions.
