is there a foreseeable date for conclusion of this game, been wanting to try it for a year or so but since it never gets concluded i keep waiting, and this is a game from 2016 which just seems way too much of time to end a porn game the way I see it but what do I know, I just leech so..

There is no known end date. There is content planned that could/will take years to implement and during that time, probably more content will be planned. If you want to play it, you might as well get started.

Mia and Annie, they need a remake and the 2 previous batches were finished girls, so nope (especially nope for Annie : why would she get a random scene with no route, while said route is in the queue. DC's not gonna drop us a scene for her while he works on a 4+ months route that's focusing (mostly) on her)
I wouldn't get your hopes up, on discord Sploosh said that all the characters getting scenes either have no scenes or their scenes are so old they may as well not exist.

Sounds like side characters then or non-reworked ones. Reworked girls tend to have a fair few already. Nice to see the extra scenes getting spread around to flesh out different characters. Hopefully batch 3 adds content to those with no rework in the pipeline yet.

Which is a good way to screw stuff up like Debbie. Now we'll have 4-5 girls with 2+ art styles, not only will it look wonky at best, it'll also mean a few extra months per new girl when their remake gets polled. DC milking himself by doing dumb things ? Apparently. Hopefully a few new milkers will come out and claim they were right all along

I just surfed through the threat and found on page 2978 various 'old/ new'-pictures. So with Jane too and I found she wears a kind of collar. So I had the idea 'Maybe she is pet of somebody'

Mia is actually objectively a pretty good candidate for a scene. DC could just add one in her room as it would always be usable even after her rework and given that she's already got two different art styles in the game that fact wouldn't matter either. Not that DC ever really cared about that anyway, as we see with Debbie, Mia, Annie, Bisette, Judith, Erik, MC himself, etc.
As for girls without scenes? Svetlana seems to be popular and a scene for her could be added without any significant context, while something similar is probably true for Veronica. People also wanted the Thotbot, though I kinda doubt that'll happen anytime soon.
I'm personally kinda sad that MC never got the chance to look at what Nadya and Katya were doing, so I wouldn't mind that, either (not gonna happen, but one can hope).
