change log talks about "save compatibility" does that mean from this version 19.0 an on we can use saves for newer versions to continue playing, and don't have to start all over again with each new version? cause that's the reason i stopped playing the game, if the save files can now be reused in newer versions then can start playing it again

So. Two things. Anyone know if we're gonna be able to have Consuela (the maid) sex scenes in the upcoming updates (0.20 or 0.20.5)? And two, you know what's most surprising to me about Eve isn't the trap thing, but that she has a big dick. Somehow you managed to get a handjob by Eve before, so the trigger to move on to next satus is not executed.
Try to open the console (SHIFT-O) and type (must have console enabled for this to work):
M_eve.set("HJ_1st_time",True)
Then you have to complete the event once more and be good. I do not know how that happened for you, though. May be something to do with rollback or inconsistent saves (best to only save when in main city map, never in dialogs).
