Yes, the last two updates dropped on the last day of the month, so it's likely going to be the 31st.

That's of course as long as they managed to implement the new UI. Given that it was never promised to be part of the tech update, they actually added new stuff on the fly again...

If you're playing the preview version v21.0.0-wip.5003 see the splash screen on the main menu. That content hasn't migrated to it yet.

its gonna be as much as he can update. i mean the judith scenes are like 20 frames total. that doesnt hold much impact compared to "main story" for example

It's being released in partial chunks - the first one was the end of May, the second was the end of July, the next one is expected sometimes in the next week or so. They hope to release more chunks about every two months until they think it is complete.
