Not really, but I feel like it's implied in the original, pre-Patreon censorship version at least, where he's in high school, and no one seem to know he has a massive donger.

Even when he's not a virgin several of the women assume that he is because they think he's sweet and shy. He never actually disagrees or corrects them.

Yes its part of the narrative. Theres an interaction with mom(*cough* i mean Debbie) or diane, i believe, where he admits all hes done is hold hands once briefly.
