I think you just go home. It seems the game gets stuck as well when you get a tip that she has something to say, but then just stays in the shed, if you go in the shed, you get the normal dialgue.

The allows the original incest content back because the creator removed it to comply to Patreon's policy of "no incest content." This was done during Patreon's removing pages and banning accounts with distributing content with incest even if it is fantasy. Just letting if someone hasn't told you yet.
