To me it sounded more like something a humiliated bully would say to save face.
Right clicking works as well, you can just open and then close the save menu. It might be more clicks, but I already have my hand on the mouse, not the keyboard, so it's all in what hand you are using.

Dexter does look vaguely like the guy you see shaking the MC's father's hand in the photo on Jenny/MC's sister's computer, at least to me.
while Dexter may or may not be russian that remains to be seen in future updates as for all the guys you see are henchmen for the boss that could be Dexter's daddy.

Two things because you seem to miss every point I was making. There is a legion of people who are adult artist looking for work. The notion DC can't find anyone is ridiculous. Of course I don't speak for everyone there but I bet that's a great talent pool to find someone willing to do the art for the game given how many users the platform has.
