If we are talking about game types that can potentially become endless. Probably roguelikes, sandboxes, basically any game with well implemented AI (I don't know of any in particular), management games (I'm not a fan, personally), basically any game with a heavy emphasis on gameplay (fun grind).Define "endless games".
If we are talking in a narrative sense I absolutely disagree as that will just lead to the same shit that has (in parts)atomized superhero comics.
If we are talking in a development sense,it depends but even if you have a developer making demonstrable progress(which isnt the case here, certainly not for a 2 year cycle),fact is people will run out of patience somewhere down the line.
By endless, I basically mean that you can work on it for a really long time. The main limitation here is whether or not the community is still interested in development.
That is why I mentioned this dev. Because he's ambitious.

I'm really curious what he was doing on his art streams? Wallpapers, please?Haha come on guys, there is no such thing as "he rushed the update", 2 years have passed and this is what they deliver?? Hahaha, they just spended the last two weeks "working" on this just to keep the hype. The other 23 months and a half, they traveled the world in a yacht with whores and cocaine.
Does anyone know what the atmosphere is like on DC Discord at the moment?
