You really don't see many fans of the mobsters or "Rump's" family. I hope he leaves redoing the main story until after everyone else, it'd be insane to have to wait half a decade to come back to this.

Ah nope. I went to the three locations and found only two stacks. The stack that was supposed to be at the basketball court is missing. Is there some trigger to get them to appear?

If you are playing v0.20.16, then yes the magazines ARE in the basketball court.
If you are playing v21.0.0-wip.5003 or -wip.5091, they are NOT in the basketball court.
