Before those longer updates we got incomplete smaller ones, now we get more complete larger updates with complete stories and more features, like pregnancies for everyone. In the end some people will always be unhappy. Back in 2017 DC released many smaller updates and people complained that they weren't complete and not as conclusive, just as others complain now that it takes too long per update.

When it comes to the money it should be clear that by now, that more money won't solve anything. As far as I see it, DC decided on finishing the game with his own art (unless the perfect artist "soulmate" applies, so they both can work together without DC having to correct anything) and that will determin when an update is done and when the game is finished.

I can understand that people complained about it 2 years ago but given that nothing has changed since, it's pretty simple by now. Either one accepts DC's speed and sees the game as what it is, or one doesn't pledge a cent to play the game for free. After all he isn't forcing patreons to pay $10 or more for early release versions. You pay $1 for immediate access and fast downloads from DC's server or you wait 24 to 48h and you get it for free . That's a really fair deal in my eyes, even for those who don't use boards like F95 to get their downloads.

And it's not like DC doesn't deliver content. Yes, Eve's update for example took time, but it's been a great update after all and certainly much better than most monthly/bi-monthly updates other devs deliver.

i want to ask is there any specific new quest regarding halloween or christmass? because i use cheat to enable halloween but it seems no new specific quest only decoration

Is there a way to turn off pregnancy?

I remember the birth control pills in the hospital but forget if they actually work.

When you get the fertility pills at the hospital you also have the option of getting pills (I forget what they're called in-game) that sterilizes MC's jizz juice. You take one of those pills and he remains incapable of impregnating anyone until you take one of the Pregnax pills.

The quantity of content he makes isn't dependent on the amount of money he receives, unless he uses it to hire more artists, which he doesn't do. Currently, he's receiving way more than the game is worth, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. What it means is that there's too much rarity for porn games, and the high compensation DC receives serves as motivation for people to create more of the same type of good.

Plus: it is not DCs fault that people like his game so much they are throwing all that money at him. Thinking that donating to him gives the right to demand a higher throughput, i.e. effectively forcing him to work harder, is not the way it works.

Anyway, it's generally not the patrons that are complaining. If a patron is not happy with the money DC gets and the output he provides, the solution is simple: stop donating. Nobody is "milked" when the game is for free.

Recently we have seen some STS-like but they are bad copy of the original (visually horrible and bad writing) . Because they want to have success quickly. The first visuals of STS are not as good as they are actually, DC progress in drawing and take more time to do more quality. The quality of the game is the origin of his success.

This is actually the wrong way to look at them honestly.

They came later but the standard has been increased by STS who has a few advantages by working within the game industry (DC's past) and high quality art.

I would just call the "clones" as more niche products that appeal to a smaller audience. Economically speaking, there's a LOT of advantages to being first and a few years back, everyone focused on him right after two fiascos which left him filling a hole no one knew about.

It's the same thing as workplaces using Adobe and Corel being less used. They're still art software, but one is a natural monopoly.

Just my little thoughts on it...

Roxxy or Crystal?
I love the fact Roxxy has actual character development.

No love or time for Lopez or Martinez. Can't either of them, myself. I don't consider Bitch to be hot.
