i think the problem with the tech update is the timing of when he started working on it and it's just my opinion of course but the fact that it's coming right after we had 3 main story updates which were all pretty boring honestly. the longer i think back on the main story updates the less i like them. they didn't have much of what i originally liked about summertime saga which is a focus on one of the girls at a time, with lots of build up that actually makes you care about said character and some side h-content with some of the side characters who appear in the update. the main story just had too much plot about things you don't really care about when you play a porn game, sex scenes with random characters you don't care about out of nowhere with barely any build up and too many meme side characters. i'm not looking forward to replaying the main story stuff again once the full game is released. the last update that really focused on one girl was eve and that one already feels like it happened a decade ago.

there is of course some stuff i liked, maria was obviously pretty good and of course i'm hyped for the becca and grace scenes in the tech update but like i said it's been too long since the last update that just focused on one schoolgirl or milf and a story that's just about getting to know said girl and getting closer to fucking her until you finally pull it of and not some story about the russian mafia and some nonsensical murder mystery.

While I fully agree in general, there is a need for the game to have an actual story and the tech update is certainly needed, too. Though I'd actually agree that they probably just could have cut characters like Tina and Melonia to save at least some time.

I think we all agree that it would have been better if he had started to working on the tech update after the first part of the main story to then split the rest of the main story into 3 or 4 small updates to be added between character updates.

So we'd have had 0.20. -> tech update -> Ronda -> main story part two -> Annie -> Main story part three -> Judith -> Main story part 4 or so.

Then again, I think everybody is looking forward for it to be done and then we'll really not much but story updates, which is also not that bad.

they should have included the main girls in the story more. the main story should have been unlocked when you finish the route for all required girls before. then it should have included the main cast as a way to get more sex scenes with them. in that way the main story would have functioned as post story conent for some of the girls you actually care about.

btw i'm thinking about changing my name again because i got what i wanted. i'm open for suggestions if you want me to promote your favourite character for the next poll.

I think the problem here is the sandbox character of the game. It seems like the main story is meant to be fully independend from any other main character, so you could play and finish it without having to play/complete other main branches. I mean, it would be kinda annoying if you'd have to complete let's say Judiths story if you actually wanted to finish the game with Eve or so. It's bad enough that MC essentially has to fuck most of these main story minor characters...

That's very true and I'd actually have preferred it. I mean, it's possible to skip the main story entirely but it's kind bad that you have to impregnate for example Maria, even though you may want to ultra romantic Eve ending or so.

I mean sure, it's a sex game and I'm not really complaining but it certainly would have been a nice addition.

In general, if we imagine that Kevin was associated with a developer, then this would have a very deep meaning - it would be possible, while waiting six months for the next update, to re-pass Kevin's root again, again, again, again and again (sounds like insanity, isn't it?). ;):devilish::D

Try Peasant's Quest/Struggle with Sin for story rich RPGM games. SwS has terrible animations but the creator is slowly improving.
RenPy id say the absolute best is What A Legend, but its far from complete. I dont like 3DCG renpy games but you can just sort by likes

Yep, it was weird that game kinda force you to impregnate Maria or to have sex with Tina and after that have Missy and Becca walk on that. I guess Sploosh really want that Maria, Tony and MC threesome.

Because dudes that actually do something for the game voted to have those boring girls made instead of Debbie, who also lost to Judith on the last poll, which means that she's not that high in people's priorities. Also nice new spin on the milking scamlord approach, nobody went as far as asking DC to come to their house and suck them up

they all have incest and other similar kind of stuff like in summertime saga
but of course Summertime Saga is the best in my opinion
