True - but easily cropped to 4:3, for pre-tech usage and left at 16:9 for tech and after. I don't think the 16:9 ratio necessarily tells anything. Kim choking the MC in the car artwork was done at 16:9, as well.

I downloaded the corresponding version of the Naughty Tribute Mod version equal the game:
SummertimeSaga 0.20.14

Then you need to go to the Naughty Tribute Mod thread, where you got it - troubleshooting a mod in this thread is off-topic.
Have you tried running the game without the mod and does it work properly without it? If not - then you should delete/remove it.
Then download the most recent version of Summertime Saga (v0.20.16) and see if it runs fine then.
If it does not, share error here and we'll see if we can help.
If it does, then install the appropriate mod for v0.20.16. If the problem returns - go seek help in the Mod thread.

No worries, but have you done the first steps I mentioned to you twice in two different posts first? I have tried to help you twice - and neither time did you say whether Summertime Saga worked ok without the Mod or not.
Also, you don't need to bold your comments unless there is a specific point you are attempting to make, unless you like people thinking that you are yelling at them or are an attention whore.
