It shouldn't be any harder than downloading it and playing it, what's giving you trouble?
when I press new game it doesn't give me any options other than put my name and wether I want a clean game or cheats enabled then im back from the start

Oh, I understand. Summertime Saga isn't a linear game, so it doesn't have a button that takes you "to the new content." Just go talk to Diane.

In some point she will ask you to help her with something heavy and you need to be strong enough to do it, did you get to that point?

I'm stuck at the beginning. Every time I go to the locker room I have the convo with Judith and the incident with Annie already happened but it won't progress from there.

i'm stuck with the Jenny quest. I'm supposed to watch her watching porno, but now Diane is in there every night. Have i screwed up something here?
does the incest patch still work? i saw it was removed from the ikura mod and the version on lewd patcher is for a previous version.
stuck with Kevin; it seems to be a bug but mc refuses to train at night and Kevin only shows up at gym at night.. any suggestion?
It's true that MC won't train at night. Are you sure Kevin won't show up at other times, like you've checked every time period for multiple days?
you're right, eventually he shows up at random daytimes, also in weekends. I still think it might be a bug though
No, your save file will not carry over, except for the gallery/Cookie Jar. You generally don't have to play the whole game again because most characters are isolated and don't require any interaction with other storyline. So when the Jenny update comes out, you just walk up to Jenny and start talking to her, and you'll already be in the new content.
If you do need to do things faster, select the cheating mode on startup.
