What's the first clue for the Omega investigation? I got all of them green except the very first one; it still says I have to find it.

I think it's when you open the safe in the wall in Richmond's office. Following the plot of the investigation lead to it.

For the perfect bodyguard, it's a guess on my part but you need to block every hit during the mock fight with Otto

I have got 2 questions:

1. Where do I find Reports 5 and 6 during the Warehouse 7 Investigation?

2. How do I get into Richmond's Office at Warehouse 7? I have already used the crowbar to open the vent next to the office and I cannot find any other tool.
