I feel like I clicked everything intractable at least 3 times, yet I can't open this damn safe, or advance in any way. Someone know how to progress the investigation?

The phone say I need clues 1,2,3,5 and 11, so clearly there is something I missed

What's the first clue for the Omega investigation? I got all of them green except the very first one; it still says I have to find it.

I think it's when you open the safe in the wall in Richmond's office. Following the plot of the investigation lead to it.

For the perfect bodyguard, it's a guess on my part but you need to block every hit during the mock fight with Otto
