it depend some game mean literraly vr absolutelly because you need to use the VR controller and some are just very compliczted because you can't do some thing

It says VR only so more than likely, you wont be able to play it. It might run but it wont do anything. Good example, did this with another game that was VR only, it started but all i could see on screen was the ceiling and couldn't do anything else. I do have a VR headset but it can be a hassle sometimes. There are some games that are VR and still be playable with keyboard but it can a little janky. My advice, just try it, if you can't play it, delete it or save it until you can get a VR headset. Who knows, you might be able to play a little bit of it, albeit janky.
