A chikan game, nice, always wanted to see more with this theme after playing Princess Elulu and Agent Rina. Seems there's a tag issue with this one though. Description appears to set the protagonist as the male molester and the girl as the target.

Game is alright for a chikan game but also nothing special. Getting everthing unlocked does not take too long either.
Here's a full save from the JP version I played a while back. It is comaptible with the MTL version posted in this thread.
Extract the es.3 files into 電車改変おさわり痴漢_Data folder and you should be good.

Nice but could use some endings. Everything unlocked and done more days past that, at day 40, everything maxed out and unlocked, nothing further happens. It's an infinite gallery at that point.
