After having a peek inside the BepInEx folder, it looks like maybe the game is running under DirectX12, which wouldn't be compatible with Win7 (or with older graphics cards). Leastwise that's how it looks to me, after noticing the Dx12 files included with BepInEx there (BepInEx being the mod injector used to patch-in the translation plugin). Now, it's not by any means impossible that I could be wrong -- I'm far from perfect lol -- but that's the best theory I have as to why the game doesn't like Win7. Hope it helps

Any suggestions on better similar molester games? I've seen a few but haven't really played many.
The excitement for sex scenes is way too high, even without the excitement multipliers. I modified it so it's not as fast.
Lights 1.2x -> 0.25x (yes, a debuff, its needed)
Event 1.5x -> 1.2x
Reserved 2x -> 1.2x
Vehicle 2x -> 1.2x
Of course you can select some/all of these based on what you want.
Put the modified file in "gameRoot/gameName_Data/ManagedAssembly-CSharp.dl"
If you want to redo this for a future version:

Since the game is already distributed here with BepInEx it would be easy enough to make this a plugin rather than hard modifying game code. Might give it a shot after version 1.2 is out.

Well... I will explain how I managed to make the translation work, at least for me with win11 in my laptop, the problem was that the path extension was too large to the translator to work, so:
The solution was to move all the content of the game folder and paste it in a folder with a path more short.
For example:

C:\Users\Decav\Downloads\HC\New Folder (2)\Train_Modification_Touching_Lasciviousness_Creating_a_space_of_carefree_lasciviousness\RJ01311255\電車改変おさわり痴○~お手がる痴○空間クリエイト~ver1.0.0

C:\Users\Decav\Downloads\Game

And with that works just good..!!!
When I was trying to make the translation manually, i encounter with an error from the autotranslator saying that the path was too large, so I tried this and works.

Lol, I don't know how to do that. I copied this process from here, just had to wander the code a bit until I found this.
It's just the Japanese games, you can't trust the creators to make these kinds of updates. Half the reason this site exists is to make Japanese games palatable to a non-Japanese audience. And since you need mods/technical stuff to translate/decensor/run at all, everybody is already in the mode of doing it.
Had a problem with the game running even after I shut it. It doesn't seem like it did anything weird, just kept running in the background without shutting properly, but I can't exactly tell.

Windows 10 runs it jsut fine, since that was the OS that DX12 was introduced with. (I know cause that's what I have lol -- i refuse to get Win11.) I'm pretty sure their main issue was that they were running Win7. The reason I mentioned older cards is because not all older graphics cards are even compatible with DX11, much less 12. We may be using different definitions of "older" lol, since a lot of folks think "older" is more than a year or two old
