Well obviously, the problem is on your end. The archive is fine. I assume the download finishes successfully, right?
Have you tried getting the latest WinRAR and/or 7Zip, and having a go at it with those?

I honestly am not sure what the question is... but pushing left-right-left-right alternately a couple of times should get you from the ingame animation to the CG, which will automatically progress and get you back into the game in ~8 seconds.
