Seems this mod is causing a hard lock bug, you can not ignore or roll back.

Yeah sorry, Shaddy your mod is breaking the game, I just extracted the zip again and can move the story forward without the mod installed, it seems to be something to do with the ending of the update, the last part of Harper's story.
