So far there are 4 groups of entities that are referred as gods: The 12 Apostles, the 6 Arbiters, the Outer Twins and the "God" mentioned in Apostles' memory connection
Have WeirdWorld actually acknowledged any of the above as the true "God" ?
No, fortunately not yet, I love a good mystery
The real "God" could well be the one to whom the Apostles refer, the most obvious answer
Older monsters, like Aglaecwif herself, don't seem to know much about him, or else have no interest, which wouldn't be strange? When asked, Aglaecwif refers to the Outer Twins as being the only true Gods, but knowing that there is a "God" who preceded everything and everyone, why not worship him, or at least mention him? Perhaps because it knows something about them that we don't, or because they are beings who are not linked to "God", being beings from a dimension beyond the Higher Plane, or even above this "God" to which the Apostles refer?
This is interesting, because it may not exist, it could very well be an idea, a concept only, and I know that this "God" would be nothing more than the 12 Apostles together, merged again to create a single Divine One, but I don't believe that this is the only option
I know that sounds very far from what it would actually be, but I like to think outside the box a bit
