Nah all of sin are on the tentacle to brain list. I hate how the twins got turned into superhumans because of them, I consider it bad storytelling, and in my opinion it ruined their character.
Free up some hours bro cause you're gonna have a ride, I also recommend adding the walkthrough mod, it's just a better experience imo
So far, there's some structure to it: there's one God "God" in universe, the 12 Apostles are each a part of him (i.e. "I am God's Insight, I am God's Space, etc."), the Arbiters are the combined characteristics of each Apostle's twins (i.e. Order = Authority + Power, Evolution = Body + Memory, Infinity = Time + Space).
I'm not really sure why being turned superhuman by SIN would ruin the twins as characters, in a narrative sense served to give more context to Tanos, gave us time inside SIN, explained more about the twin suprehuman bond and introduced Great Ocean.

To say she disappears is a very strong word, but she does stop appearing after the H.E.R.O. arc starts when all the superhuman stuff starts to really heat up and overall she doesn't have much content overall. But we know that the 1.0 update launching later this year will retroactively add more sex scenes to earlier parts of the game, we don't know for which characters but it's possible she might get more scenes or maybe appear later in the game again. But right now, after the H.E.R.O. starts she no longer makes any further appearance.

Hmm, thanks for the info. Maybe I should hold off a bit then. Is there any more info on when this update is scheduled to release and what kind of other early game content changes it entails? From what I can gather it includes an art update but is this also one of those minor overhaul or save breaking kinds of updates? Or just a few extra flavor scenes type of deal?
From what we know scenes will be included, there will be more points in stats to get and maybe more checks for corruption, so all things considered it might be better to hold off for 1.0 if you don't feel like replaying the game from the start, honestly i have replayed so many times that it wouldn't bother me to do again, the story will keep improving from the point you are until the last update and it's a lot of content.

The planned release for 1.0 is late this year so probably in December sometime if all goes well with development.
