If mc wants to have some sort of chance in a equal fight against any of them from now on, he either needs better protection or some way to negate or steal others powers. Hell, a few snipers shot through his armor.

I mean, Ella begs to differ, no? Her powers are the same as the MC's and she 1v2 Alexis and Clark twice. The first time she was lvl 4. Then she fought them again when they both reached lvl 5 and still gave them trouble while being lvl 4. That could be the difference in their status though.

The MC is basically a better version of Ella, in the shapeshifting department. The only problem with the MC is his lack of being able to utilize his abilities to their full potential. His current evolution could be capping his abilities. Once he evolves, that hurdle should be gone and he should also gain new powers as well.

His mind reading is a highly limited secondary talent.

I actually surprised that it took so long in order for someone with made up shitty arguments to appear. I think it is worth considering only the information implemented in game by dev by that time. And he didn't give a shit about mentioning that MC can't fish out any info from an ordinary human. It's not your fcking fanfic where you can make up any bullshit that first came to your mind and use it as a solid fact.

That said, this bit should probably be reworked a bit. Probably with an option to kill her which would result in a bad end of being killed by HERO

Didn't we get at some point told that artificial evolution are nowhere near as good as natural evolutions though ? That could be why Alexis and Clark being 5 weren't enough to wipe Ella 4. Especially if they had more than one artificial evolution...

That's basically what I said. The MC can't utilize his abilities to the full extent aka he doesn't have the experience.

As for your Ella comment, she could've killed both Alexis and Clark in their first encounter. They artificially leveled up mid fight with a serum and summoned the sword. She was handling them fine before that happened. That same Ella then fought a newly formed lvl 5 Alexis/Clark and yet still gave them trouble until she decided to flee with their serum.

Also, yes, Deus can see the future. Zack, I'm not too sure but it's implied that he could and the only reason Deus is here is because his ability is needed. I still have the theory that the Glowing Eye Monster that killed the 4th is Deus's Monster. It did show up as soon as the 4th was plotting whatever it was but at the same time I still think that Monster is a order keeper to make sure all of the numbered stay in line. Hell, it may even be the main avatar of Dark God itself since it ate the 4th.

That was the theory I had for a long time, yeah. I don't think we were ever told that artificial evolution wasn't as good as natural. It was just the difference in power between the MC and Klaus that gave the thought that it isn't as good. The quality of the serum also plays a part in it all since Klaus had a bad quality one according to Nico.

There's a lot of factors to it. We don't know if Clark and Alexis artificially evolved all of the lvls. We don't even know what lvl they were when they fought Ella in the 1st fight, though I assume they were lvl 4. They could've been lvl 3 at the start for all we know and ended with lvl 4 evolution via the serum towards the end. Or they could've been lvl 4 the entire fight and temporarily evolved to lvl 5 to beat Ella in the 1st fight before then reaching it fully off screen before the Hero Organization stuff.

The point is we don't know how severe the artificial evolution is at higher levels just yet or if the quality of the serum wouldn't overcome it. Ella doesn't seem to have been bothered by it much when she reached lvl 5 but we haven't seen her fight yet.
