Can anyone explain what the eye from the shop does or has it not come into play yet?

At the moment it does nothing at all.... But possibly in the future it's needed to get some skills/abilities you would get on the corruption path by eating people and/or it will give skill points. This is just a guess though, but it would make sense for implementing powers/abilities in the story without the main paths being too different. The eye contains memories of an ancient monster, so it would make sense...
Currently there's 2 main routes ; power/corruption or skill/no corruption. (you need either 80 power or 19 skill to get 1 of 4 points needed to beat Valravn in the honorous way, the other 3 come from your choices during the fight)
Of course you could just go for skill, eat only the people of your choice and the ones that give +1 power and have enough power and skill for 2 points, but there's no telling if that works out in your future fights, but for now it's a viable path too)

No, we need the update of the update about the update first... But I haven't seen an update about that yet.
As we were told before the last update the next part was to be bigger or at least require more work than usual thus we are looking at a longer update cycle this time. WW said that he expects the update in another couple of months or thereabouts so just over 3 months for this next chapter of the story.
Goddamn, downloaded the game for the nut, ended up playing it hours upon hours for the story, exceeded any expectations one might have on that front from a smut game. And the sound track, quite a piece of work this game!

Let WW cook. The next update is probably going to be greatest update yet. They consistently put out game updates every month in a half to 2 months and we got nothing but great content from it. Now they're saying this next update is massive but we'll have to wait a little longer. That's sounds like an overall amazing thing to me. Especially because the content in the updates prior were already huge and now we're getting an even bigger one.
I'm hoping for more corruption scenes, as it's been a while. More lewd female monsters to fuck(saw some pinkish ones in the distance, in Ella's hideout). Even more monster and superhuman fights. Some glimpses at Ella's plan. Then to the long awaited Evolution level 3 and more info on the Numbered.
This battleground is the best environment for the MC's ascension. Not only can he test his prowess against these monsters of varying lvls but he can also devour some of them. I feel like that's a dead end waiting to happen to high corruption players but I don't even care. I'm eating everything, anything and all things. Might as well eat myself as well.
Also, not going to even lie, I really do hope those thick ass pink monsters are fuckable and from Mommy 4th's line. I 100% would go out there and fuck them on the battlefield. I would say invite the Minyaks to the monster orgy too but those slutty monsters aren't loyal at all.

Aptly put. Sir WeirdWorld has done nothing but earn our respect and admiration through his work alone.
As addictive as the world setting, characters, story writing, and overall presentation, the least we can do is wait.
The Most we can do? Support him for his work and all the enjoyment he has given us.

I'm hoping to see more body modifications based on animals.... With mantis shrimp and gorilla arms, crocodile skin, octopus tentacles, kevlar type skin support from those spiders, we're already pretty badass... But ad a scorpion tail and their venom combined with that of snakes, hornets and killer bee, duck build platypus... Pretty much any poison you can get your hands on... There's plenty more animals we can still copy for their poisons, either defensive (spikes, tendrils) or offensive, and the good thing is your poison combination will attack more of their systems at the same time... And coconut crab claws for those pesky armored opponents... Lets hope we got a shitload of animal samples from Xanthe in that last month of training...
With any memories he is/was able to copy from monsters, there must be a decent number of improvements possible to even further improve himself... And he could have received some special monster samples from Xanthe too...
The third evolution might even give more powers/abilities.... Can't wait to see MC's growth in next update lol...

I'd like to have porcupine quills coming out of us in cqc.
A full defensive mode with Pangolin scales made from steel that shred whatever attacks us would be cool af too.

I feel like with how much damage the mc can take he has focused too much on taking less damage via armor so he has to regenerate less and too little on punishing his enemies for attacking carelessly
Can we get a summary of the MC's ability and what we think his Level 3 upgrade or new power would be? Along with the lines similar to Prototype? Cause I think I can safely say MC ability is similar to Prototype

Well, he's similar to Barbapapa too, except he's the 18+ warforged version... Alex Mercer in Prototype is a result of some laboratory designed virus, MC is the result of some infection by a monster from another dimension...
They just happen to have a lot similarities, but there's no reason to assume they will follow the same growth pattern or will always get the same powers and abilities... They're both shapeshifters, that alone will result in many similarities and that concept is way older than Prototype... (wendigo, mimic, Zeus... there's many more shapeshifters)
Anyway, his abilities : inreased strength, shapeshifting and forming extra limbs or other bodyparts, memory reading, copy traits from animals and combining them and apply them to himself, forming metal parts on his body and limbs, fast regeneration, an inner voice that's somehow linked to his monster parent or tree... weakness to electricity, however that will most likely result in even faster regeneration in the future... a somewhat autonomically acting tail and increased spinal functionality... Can compress a body to tennis ball size, can change objects and/or their colors....
As for what to expect in terms of abilities gained from his next evolution? That's gonna be hard to predict, we know the potential for that is largely dependent on what powers and abilities his monster parent has (and we know very little) and it's also a matter of what his body and mind will activate... We know Jake gained his powers in a way that his personality affected how his powers manifested... We know Ella's powers are based in her eyes/sight, MC's in his spine, no doubt we will see different results even if both have the same parent...
So my prediction? MC's spine will evolve more autonomy, resulting in MC being able to handle more limbs just by instinct...
MC's weakness to electricity will turn into his biggest strength by being able to directly turn it into regeneration or even direct it into other functions in his favor. (shooting needles or forming "flesh" shields etc etc) And i expect his "copy and apply to himself" skills will grow more and more effectively... We may get some powers based on who we ate (or the eye from shop).
But some teleport skills and shields against mental powers or energy based attacks would be very nice too....
Ella on her fifth evolution gets some aura that at least partly does that, so i guess we'll have to evolve a bit more for that..
Either way, it will be better than the second evolution but we need the fourth and fifth to be even bigger....

Jake also felt his power concentrated at the base of his skull before he blacked out during his evolution. Also, Deus said that the MC didn't have Ella's vision, but Ella didn't have the MC's understanding, so I think all of that is foreshadowing an enhanced mental part to the MC's power that is likely to get stronger with the next evolution.
There was already the joke of the MC asking Alice if she saw Power +1 after they trained, which I also think is going to be the base of his enhanced understanding.
I'm really not sure how that's going to further manifest in the story though.
