I actually can't think or relax that well while listening to metal. I need something to set the mood for my thoughts to flow well.


It's implied when you talk to Lisa in the library after reaching Level 3. She tells you Team Lucifer only has 4 Level 5s and 1 Level 4. Using the process of elimination, Malik, Lexi and Clark are confirmed to be Level 5. Nico was a bit of a mystery prior but she confirmed herself this update during the Asura fight so that leaves only Deus.

If it was honestly Nico, that would so bad for Ella . But it's Deus, which brought about the theory that Deus likely has dual traits like the MC. He's way too powerful to the point that even Valravn said he's much stronger than Nico during their encounter at that restaurant. Forgot the specific comment he made but he feared Deus more than Nico and thought he shouldn't be like that which says it all really.

I mean my outlined reasons are why I think that yes. The primary one being that hasn't been countered except by the notion of it being thrown against itself mind you that with power negation tech, level stops mattering anywhere near as much, if their powers are nerfed at near totality why couldn't a level 3 or even 2 or hell even a 1 beat a 5? They aren't really a level 5 if they can't use the majority of their strength if any of it I'd argue.

The notion that this cannot be done when certain steps are made is frankly asinine at least in how its been portrayed here. Especially given that the very backbone of my assertion comes from in game reveals and information. Would it be a fair fight? No but that has never been my point, it would be an execution essentially with how weakened the foe would need to be but it would still be a supposed "lesser" bringing down someone who could likely otherwise defeat from sheer power and turning that in on itself.

You are assuming current power negation tech can affect a level 5 and even if it could it wouldn't be near enough against the current set of level 5s we know of.

Lets pretend just for a moment it does work on them fully...guess what yeah they can't use their powers but they still went through each stage (rebirth, balancing, strengthening (which Xanthe refers to as the most important), limit breaker (to summarizes the superhuman at this stage breaks through some limitations of their powers, and finally the fifth evolution where Xanthe states at this level you have transcended humanity entirely and even if all the humans banded together they couldn't stop anyone at this stage (presumably level 1s can be included in this factor).

Since level 5 superhumans underwent the strengthening stage they are more than capable of tanking WHATEVER a level 1 could FEASIBLY throw at them.

You arguing that with enough prep time and just pray to the mommy 4th that they are exhausted enough to the point a level 1 can kill them is asinie...not to mention the fact the 4th evolution allows a superhuman to do some fucking wild shit that their powers couldn't do prior the odds are stacked in the level 5's favor even with power negation, you can't rid them of their base body, their body is literally...well a tank well even more than a tank...hell I'd argue most superhumans at level 5 could move at the speed of light (depending on what gave them their power of course) so even without their power they can just move faster than whatever the level 1 prepped.

And no...the fight wouldn't be fair...it'd be a fucking massacre for any level 1 that'd even dare to try to fight a level 5.

MC a level 3 couldn't even sense monster mommy who presumably is on the same level as the level 5s or below them how do you think a level 1 would fare against someone like her? They'd die, the same way they'd die a cruel death against a level 5.

Anyway I'm too tired for this shit and arguing about it any further will go nowhere because you can't accept the simple reality that a level 1 simply can't (and never will) beat a level 5 even if they had dual traits they'd still still be sooooo far behind a level 5 even with that nifty advantage...even if you fudge the whole thing in the level 1's favor the lore and rules of the levels still favor the level 5 (yes, even with power negation).

I got a question It has been a while since I played from the beginning but if I remember correctly there was a dead end in which if we fought Ella,she was so impressed that she would call Mc perfect and then she would take us to the Apostle before we get killed by the 7th?so my confusion was when in the start Ella got to know we got both traits she was estatic but if I remember correctly when we revealed mind powers during a training session she killed Mc I didn't understand why she killed the mc in the second scenario and why we got to bang her in the first lol .

No worries, I get you. Some days, stuff like Shades of Violet or Cemetery Cowboy(both by Vestron Vulture) does the trick for me and other days stuff along the line of "Hurt" by Maruex works. I don't really know why but my musical taste leaned towards these more as I got older. I guess they ease my mind and let it wander easier than others. I actually don't even play this game with too much upbeat music because it's hard to concentrate on my thoughts and the dialogue of the game. Most of the music WW chose is fine but I tend to lower it while playing. I only use my own playlist after the 1st playthrough of an update.

Clark's body with barely any power not being harmed by several shards sent by a C-Class monster while unconscious. The same shards killed several humans and Level 1s with only Alice surviving and yet she still was injured by them. C-Class encompasses Level 2 monsters while humanity can't beat anything above it without gear from HERO itself.

As for the power negation angle, no one but HERO owns suppression tech like that and they got it from harvesting a decently powerful monster, from what I remember. So I doubt any Level 1 or group of humans could get that themselves. The only other alternative is a 7th Spawn but they get one shot by the physical side of things, as seen with weakened Val running away from Nico and not even trying to fight. Even though he can nullify her power from targeting him.

Anyway, everyone here knows my thoughts on the level gap between Level 2 and 3 alone so my response to Level 5 losing to a Level 1 needs no saying at all. Dual Traits only start to matter, in my opinion, when you cross into Level 3 since that's when you can start affecting all levels. MC got slaughtered so many times by Level 5/S-Rank in dead ends, it's not even funny. Clark, Ella, Malik, Aglaecwif, and Nico have all killed the Level 2 MC with no effort on their part.

Do correct me if I'm wrong but you can still train (with every chance given up to the eat kenny part) and it still results in first dead end where Malik incinerates MC (if I'm right seems like consuming is the only deciding factor in that...although it could be a variant of that dead end?)

If I remember correctly yeah.In one of my earlier playthroughs I remember getting that deadend I didn't know it was Malik at that time who incinerated everything.

Because she's evil, that's why. Nah, I'm joking(or not). It's because he has dual traits and for whatever reason, she kills the MC because of it. It's not really explained yet but it likely has something to do with the Arbiter and she could possibly extract or use MC's corpse as an anchor to summon the original trait.

What I will say though. Whatever her reasons were earlier, she can't seem to do it after he reached Level 2. As you'll notice, besides killing Christie, Ella doesn't try to kill the MC personally anymore. Even though she knows he has both traits. It's possibly because he's fully linked to his Apostle parent and the Arbiter now, which stops Ella from acting personally. He's officially become a "chosen" just like her and the Arbiter is awake. At least, that's my guess on it.

This is just a theory on my part but I think she does do the same stuff in both of those bad ends, and it simply isn't shown in the later one because Weird wanted that information to be harder to stumble on.

the part in question is when lisa says that team Cthulhu is only team with all level 5 lieutenants and that team lucifer(deus's team) has one level 4 lieutenant. the community ruled out that it was deus through process of elimination. (damn it someone answered it before i could)
