Technically, Deryl cloning and genetically modifying our sperm with our womens egg, is the likely outcome and it can be performed naturally, if it succeeded. Which is probably why Xanthe wanted them.

Actually, I've been curious on somethin, we know MC's sperm goes into nothinness but what about others? And while on that note do superhuman females just not have eggs anymore or periods at all? Humans and a few other primates menstruate. We can presume the other homo species also menstruated as well since humans and them had a pretty close genetic bond.
Superhumans are related to the rest of the homo genus group so I'd presume they could...but then again they can't have kids the normal way without intervention (if such a thing worked at all) so I guess not unless whatever gave them their powers mutated their genes to have kids their way...whatever way that is exactly.
Technically speaking Superhumans are a dead end for a species despite all their power, doesn't mean shit if you can't reproduce and continue that....cause you know...once your dead its over, doesn't matter how powerful you are if you aint got no progeny.
Think of hybrid animals you see pop up here and there like the "Liger" I believe the males are all sterile but the females can reproduce with male lions or somethin like that.
Mules are a better example tho, they are sterile on both sides of the coin and therefore are a dead end.
