Is NTR in this game a fully fleshed out path affecting the storyline, or is it just a scene or two leading to bad ends and resets? How many LIs does it involve?

NTR is like a nice bonus in this game if you're into it. It's a fully realised route for one love interest.
But if you're looking to play the game just for the ntr content I wouldn't bother with it.
I would recommend playing the game in general though the ntr content that is there is pretty good, the story and porn do get pretty wild because of superpowers at times.
No its a sideroute with one LI not affecting the storyline in any way. This isnt a NTR game but more like a avn with sharing for a single LI.
There are avn's like superhero's suck for people who lack in the brain department

The genre allows for it. No matter if the Twins are dead or not, this isn't the end of their story. It's why people aren't as jittery as one would expect. Same thing happened with Ella. Everyone knew that she wasn't "dead enough" for it to matter.
If that ends up being true I'm seriously dropping the game...
Something really loud happens, all HERO agents vanish. It doesn't take a genius to deduce who was the culprit.
Deryl literally blew up half the base and hit the evacuation alarm. Doing anything to avoid suspicion for himself is pointless. The only person he would protect would be Charlie, just for convenience's sake.
If anything, I'd expect him to write "Deryl was here, bitches." in every corridor he passed through.
Acting Lessons had a whole harem arc and then delivered that infamous scene. Death threats are never justified but there's a reason it is pretty famous.
Superhuman is riddled with death. Hell this isn't even the first LI that died. Nobody has ever implied a happy ending to this game.

Well, a happy ending isn't out of the question. Death in Superhuman is less permanent than in other games. Memories, Dream Plane, Nyx, evolutionary resurrection, Ella's shenanigans. There are many ways for someone to survive death and MC can maintain a romantic relationship even after their death (Ella, Danica, Bailey).
I 100% agree on Acting Lessons though. It was the most pointless bait and switch I've ever seen.
