So what the hell is DrSmith working for rn if you're remaking the same game? That's quite unfair to the dude. Now you two are pretty much working on the same game with different assets.

Also, 90% sure that Personal Resort will be abandoned in a few updates. Mark this post.

Now seriously. I had much respect for Boom but after this... I admire your honesty about the desire to up your financial stats but man. As you have said above, your games take several updates (months) to reach adult content. It means that during the next several months you will have nothing to offer besides usual filler. Come on.

I speak to DrSmith every other day and he was the first person I spoke to when planning to make this.

There will be slight difference in the games early events than in RIC.
Yes, the general "story line" will be the same but there will also be a lot differences to.

The major changes will be regarding the higher level corruption stages.
M&S in RIC are only 60% done.
Dr.Smith has his own ideas on how he wants RIC to "end" and he has full range over it, along with all the other characters in the game.

Regarding the "content" over the next several updates yes you're right, it will be filled with the "usual filler content".
What game doesn't have it?

The events / content will have differences so there will be "new" content for people to see.
But if you're refering to the "Usual filler content" meaning the build up to the actual "sex content" then yes, that will be several months away.

So my advice is, if you don't want to see this content then wait it out, play the game in several months time when it has it.

As always I'll be adding a "cheat menu" for people to skip past it.

Glad you responded, for me it was more I wanted clarification on whether or not this was going to be a Spiritual successor to RiC, as I loved that game, and would always defend it when people accused it of being a rip-off of "Corruption" another corrupting game using HS models... to me yours was better due to the "bimbo-fication" not being as extreme as that other game, and the story was better.

To be honest with you the sister character seems the same to me, just with a different hair-do (and obviously color, but since the mom became a brunette too it was to be expected). What's different about her ? just her spoken lines and backstory (ie college vs highschool) ? or is she also more "stacked/voluptuous" than her RiC counterpart ?

Also while I know you said its a lot of hard work, I hope you dont abandon Family Space/ Private Community, I am loving the hell out of that game, aside from the old maid (who even then I dont dislike), I cant wait for more content with the receptionist, or the mom/daughter or combo, or the repair girl... and also eagerly awaiting the models for the MC's family !!

I appriciate you defending RIC as well as the compliment regarding liking it better than "Corrution".
I personal Loved his game and spoke to him several times.

Regarding the changes to the "S" :
The images I sent to Patreons Trust and Safty team showed the differences in the body mainly.
Bigger hips, changes to her breasts along with slight pubic hair and some changes to her face.

I think the biggest issue was the Dialog / Events in the game that "suggested" she was young.
Such as the "School" thing etc.

As for Private Community, No I will not be abandoning it.
I love working on it and have some great ideas going forward.
The only thing thats annoying me is the image render times.
I've been looking into "Render Farms" for Daz3d but the couple I've tried take roughly the same time to render the images which isn't helpful.

Right now I'm waiting for Octane to update their plugin.
I've spoken to their support team as currently my FX card isn't supported but it will be in the next couple of updates.

Depending on how it performs + if it speeds up the renders then I may need to invest in the plugin which should a lot.

Nothing against DrSmith, but - correct me if I am wrong - since he took over RIC I saw zilch. I get that he is doing this as a side project, but I doubt it will go anywhere. So I am VERY glad to see Boom doing this. I am a Patreon Backer and his new game is nice but it never will have a spot close to my pervy little heart like RIC so I would NOT be sorry to see him doing RIC....eh RIA full time ;-D

I would say you collect affection points until the gauge is filled, then you will get a cutscene where the corruption level rises...when it is done. I don't think level 2 is included yet.

Building a story takes time and implementing it in a game takes additional time.
You can't just skip everything and go straight to the action just because it's a porn game. Some sort of buildup is still needed to get the pay off, especially in corruption games.
If you go 0 to 100 in the first few sessions of gameplay then you already used up the characters. That's one of the reasons why having multiple characters works well in games like Corruption in which a plot device grants quasi-immediate corruption of a character. But here we have two characters and it'd make no sense getting to sexual content without buildup, unless one wants the game to run out pretty fast.

Besides Patreon isn't Netflix nor some kind of Humble Monthly, patrons support the work of an author and the development of projects and it's unrealistic to expect every month of a project to yield an equal amount of playable content. It simply doesn't work that way. Sometimes you're at a point in which the same effort gives lots of progress, sometimes it goes all into something that will be the foundation for things to come but doesn't bring anything on the table at the moment.

I don't really get this hate on RPGM games. It's a cool engine to use for games and there's just so much stuff easier to implement compared to renpy even if it's just a visual novel with some basic gameplay. It's a blind hateful trend nothing else. Just how common events work on RPGM with the whole easy navigable UI and accessibility to various gameplay functions makes adding content so much easier and intuitive compared to the text-based editor engine.

even i was a fan of RiC but this remake really cutting into my heart...it got worse than RIC...game play just got more boring in it....only one goodthing in this remake is sis's model look more cute than RiC sis's shorthair model, but RiC a main char sleep in the same room with his sis so it be more interesting than this concept....second is rpg maker would be the worst engine for action scenes...damn...it is like running pubg with 4fps
