Please upload the High Quality Win/Linux version to Nopy, cause the other options are either riddled with virus (the file or the site), or forces you to install their shitware app (yeah I'm looking at you MEGA...).

There was only one change of name.
This game' first name was "Research into Affection" - now it's called "Sweet Affection"
But I think I know where your confusion is coming from.
The reasons for the change are stated in this post - first spoiler.

They are all the same size, regardless of what the page says.
No clue what's going on there, but in the end they are all the same.

I wish Honey Select didn't turn me off so bad as a character model set. Since a lot of highly rated games seem to use its assets.
