Is there a pretty noticeable difference between the HQ and the LQ versions, cause 43 GB is kinda wild.

Love this game i follow this when it starded in 2018. Never played a game so long.
It's not unusual for someone new to this thread to comment on the HQ file size.
Rather than focus on that - I recommend trying the LQ download and seeing if this AVN is something that appeals to you.
If it does and you decide that you have the equipment to be able to enjoy the HQ DL, only then would I recommend that particular DL.
Once you have a DL (LQ or HQ) - the monthly update process is Very useful and makes it easy to stay current with the AVN's max content.

How big is this game bro to have a LQ Compressed version of ~12gb. Must be the biggest game ever, F95zone should host a competition and award them virtual trophies just like The Game Awards

Should work just fine. The mod simply replaces all the original videos.
Is it worth adding a comment on Why the HQ rev is 40+ GB (100,000+ images and 700 animations) to the Dev notes on page 1?
This makes it easy for you/any regular visitor of this thread to simply 'point' to Dev Notes on page 1 and move on.
Just a thought on how to better manage all our time (and you have better things to do than periodically respond to the 'Why 40 GB question/statement' when the answer has been posted over and over again on this thread).
