your second set of image has cleaned some of my concerns, it's proved that Fujino not directly used YuukiS's image(at least the second set), the details are quite different in those pictures.
it's hard to say. I think it's different. otherwise YuukiS's pixav account should have some Chinese sentence.
It is obvious Fujino made his own assets. But it does look like he took ideas on how to setup scenes and positions of models from YuukiS. At least for a few scenes. The vast majority from the game I do not see any similarities to anything YuukiS made. Not saying it is right or wrong to recreate scenes with your own assets, just a comment after looking from YuukiS' works and now I am a fan.

Meh, doesn't really matter since the limitations made so most things have already been done (this is like a whole "simpson's did" thing), scenario (writing) for the scenes matter more anyway

I honestly only care if he's doing a great job, and the H scenes so far haven't let me down.
Definitely agree with everyone. I just remember hearing he copied from someone but did not know who. Even if he did copied some ideas from YuukiS I don't mind. There are so much porn out there, any possible scenario and positions have been done. So of course there will be copies, intentional or not. Still love this game and will consume any content when released. But at least now I found YuukiS there is someone to snack on while waiting for the next update.
It's foolish to discuss infringement in a gray area of the law. All of these fan creations are infringing on the original work's copyright. At the same time, using Koikatsu to create art and profit from it is also infringing on Illusion's rights.
Moreover, regardless of the original intention and the role that it once played, the intellectual property system has developed into an elitist knowledge barrier for ordinary people. We're not capitalists or big company shareholders, so why do we need to be so aware of copyright? Isn't it absurd that as users of pirated content, we criticize whether an author plagiarized or not?

So the part 2 reset all sex data from part 1, and according from the status we can inferred inoda didn't have sex with asuna without a condom, end of arguing. Let me translate these words to you guys.

My thought is the status will change and unlock more while asuna is being more corrupted by indoa in the main plot, like the lv1 will increase to lv2 or higher, the creampie forbidden will change to creampie ok or even at the end of the story strict on contraception will become pregnancy ok something like that. Let's see what it will become when the officially 0.1 of part 2 come out.

Agree on your point, I think there will be also some FOG content since he is changing the town map now, but it maybe a large workload for him and make the other content shorter as the limited of developing time.

Yeah, that's why I think it'll have less content. Because it's already going to have a bunch of scenes from the day out, and Fujino is redoing the stat and display system. And FOG too? Excited, but understandable if there isn't anything we don't know about in the update.
