Asuna has blue hair for her elf avatar in the VR Game. That scene is the first time Inoda raped Asuna, after the whole sewers boss battle thingy.( I think)

The blue hair scene in Part 1 was in the files but not used in game. So I guess he reused it for the scene for orange hair during the first night.

Apparently Inoda has a new ability - cloning. And while he is fucking Asuna, a clone is sitting on the street. And Kirito the moron sees the clone and is like - everything is ok, normal.
