It is complicated to follow the lines of conversation in this thread because 98% are opinions and very little useful information. I understand this is a forum and is for that, but at the same time I understand that he don't find out anything due to the enormous number of daily comments at all hours.
This is just my point of view and I could be wrong but it gives me the feeling that every little thing Fujino does has to be commented.

Can you not give out your opinions like facts. Fujino has not said anything about ending Part 2. In fact he said the opposite.

Well yea a lot of posts have been people's opinions because Fujino gives very little information and he does not usually communicate with his supporters. Also I think it is normal to want to talk about as much as you can about something you care about. Most casual visitors on this thread don't want to look through the thread for the answer so they just ask. As long people know they are stating their opinions not facts from Fujino then everything should be fine.
I do wish people would stop talking about Fujino ending Part 2 and starting Part 3 soon. He has already said he won't. If you don't believe him then fine but people keeping saying that without any proof is just annoying.
Usually at the end of the month. There's a progress report that happens every week at monday morning US time.
Also unfortunately there wasn't a SAO update for August due to Fujino going on a business trip.

It's normal; people like to comment. It's the same as when a trailer drops—people share their impressions, expectations, and theories. This is especially true if there's a delay in the update, but we still receive reports that basically just say which characters will get some content, without revealing anything about the story or the scene. Also, it's not too hard to find information via the search function or just ask, people are pretty supportive in this thread.
