I am hoping that NTS will be still just optional but i feel disapointment incoming. This game was good at begining but change in direction disapointed me to no end.

I think CG on behalf of Asuna is still necessary. Asuna got the "Water Pump" perk and would like to see what Asuna did there. And Inoda's comments. "Oh senpai, you're doing better this time."

Well, it looks like Fujino has decided to exclude Asuna and Kyoko from real life by the end of the week. Perhaps the next update will focus on FOG again. A couple of new hallucinations at the base, and then a battle scene on Saturday \Sunday.
I think Fujino did not make Asuna POV in this scene due to a technical choice, there's too many scenes in the base already that map is overused so a small scene just to give the idea was more than enough.

You wrote about the lamp in the room at the base and I sat and thought and thought... The only thing that came to mind was that it preparing for a voluntary NTS from Fujino. Kirito enters the game, if the lamp is on, then Asuna is having sex with Inoda somewhere on the base. And the player has a choice to go watch/talk to Asuna during her sex with Inoda, or not to go. The lamp was not lit in this update, because what Kirito heard was a hallucination, not real sex. It's a weak argument, but I can't think of anything else.Just be glad he has hairless balls. Imagine seeing his hairy balls smacking Asuna's face. Of course some people are into that.
But seriously I think that was a mistake on Fujino's part. No way Asuna is kissing his balls when she barely wants to suck his dick! Also there isn't a perk for ball sucking but there SHOULD BE!!!

CG have nothing to do with the maps. You can put as many pictures as you want into the game. Moreover, the same card can be used as many times as you want for scene triggers. You can even use the same trigger for different scenes depending on the conditions. I think it's just a lack of time. Fujino said at the beginning of last month that the update would be smaller. But still, this particular blowjob scene is worthy of a separate CG.

I don't think that is the case. We already have the "Where is Asuna?" feature when you open up the phone with "T" to find Asuna when she is fooling around with Inoda. That works in FOG and real world.
I was wondering if the hallucinations are light triggered. Both times he saw the hallucinations it was in a lighted room. I keep thinking of Administrator saying he is on her "wavelength" so light wavelength? This is just as weak argument as yours but it is all I have.

Yes, of course, there is a function and there are images in the game menu, but this lamp is like a symbolic designation of the NTS direction.
