Right now Fujino is just making her put some "fake" resistence just for the sake of it and to drag up to the moment when it's revelaed about Kyoko/Inoda talk.
Other thing will be the pregnancy trial, probably the FOG system will chose Inoda as father, or the thing will not be possible with Kirito since by the explanation the whole thing is based on compatibility and Kirito will shutdown the process leading Asuna to get frustraded and losing more of her felings for him.

Plus, Yui is a high-tech AI, on par with the Admin’s capabilities, so realistically, Inoda and Asuna wouldn’t be able to hide from her. Sure, Inoda’s abilities seem to have evolved again, now he can even bypass system features like online status, but it’s still a stretch. Fujino just can’t keep things simple, heh?
