Inoda got his money in the beginning of Part 2 by selling the secret videos he made with Asuna when she was unconscious. You can buy those videos in Part 1. Once Asuna stopped interacting with him he can no longer make new videos so he has no more money. Later Kyouko gave some spending money because she is so rich it didn't matter to her.
