Or an analogy I like to make. Festival with 10 orange juice stands and 10 with apple. The NTR ones would just have the orange juice while the vanilla ones would ask at the orange juice stand if they offer apple juice. And then also make sure to say that you should offer apple juice instead or otherwise I wont buy from you.

All these warnings or buttons forvanilla players and they would still ask for either NTR to be removed or is it avoidable.
Some are from his pov, in the gallery room. But yeah you just have to have a save right before it happens if you wanna see some things that aren't in the gallery. The easiest one i can recall is when Kirito goes to Liz in the house while Inoda is fucking Asuna in the kitchen, you get the internal view shot, and I don't think you can see that from the gallery.
Edit: Some of the Kirito POV for some scenes can be seen by changing the setting in the gallery room to have the world/scenes be hidden. It usually just makes Asuna look more like a shadow/silhouette in some scenes.

In the case of
Sword Art Online: The Trap of Breath Concealed Magic, there is no apple juice stands at the festival, only orange juice. Therefore, people continue to stand near the stand in the hope that they will bring apple juice. After all, the festival is not over yet and no one knows if the festival host will bring apple juice for sale. People who stand and calmly discuss apple juice are constantly bullied by radical orange juice lovers, because orange juice lovers only like orange juice and other types of juice annoy them. And apple juice lovers don't mind mixing apple and orange juice and trying different cocktail options. And by the way, some apple juice and vodka have already been delivered to the festival (crazy Suguha in love with Kirito). And no one said that they would not bring more apple juice in different variations.
