some vanilla/harem fans are complaining about the ntr in this game, which is kinda weird
People complain about NTR, under any NTR game. Unfortunately, it is inevitable. Even on ci-en they write and complain about NTR game authors about NTR in their games. "It's like people buying a hot dog, then coming back and complaining to the seller how unpleasant it was for them, and generally prefer pizza, but what's the logic?" You just have to ignore it.

in my opinion they complain because the game prevents Kirito from stopping Inoda's advance, as if something doesn't add up, they complain because they are forced to watch and suffer, they complain because there is always something to complain about xD
they complain because NTR is too hard and they prefer that even the bad guy suffers a fair punishment
anyway everyone complains:D

Does anyone know Fujino's next project after SAO? It would be cool to have a Tomo Chan is a Girl game for Fujino to work on... so far no one has tried to adapt it...

There are definitely a group of people that hate Kirito and the reasons tend to vary. Does he deserve their hate? Probably not, but when has that ever stopped haters from hating.
It's up to me, but Kirito alone represents sao's problems since he's its official face. I followed the anime from seasons 1 to 4 when they came out, and while it's certainly better in the LN, I find it pretty lame as time goes on. Arc 1 is cool, but after that it varies a lot, leading up (in my case) to the end of alicization with pitiful scriptwriting ease.

And I come back to my opening sentence, Kirito, it's the same thing. He's sympathetic at first, then more or less a pain in the ass as time goes by and, above all, he's a fucking gary-sue by the end of season 4. So, like a lot of shonen heroes, he's a pain in the ass for me. Combine that with the fact that he has a potential harem (purely theoretical considering he's loyal) including some of the most high-profile waifus (hello suguha fans) and you've got a character who's sometimes arrogant, strong at times for nothing and, what's more, incredibly lucky (sorry, but the pyjama party in season 4 is lunar).

So there you go, once again, that's just me. However, as an NTR fan, seeing Asuna get corrupted is a pleasure, but seeing Kirito finally lose something for real without the scenar helping him is a bonus that makes me happy.

PS: English isn't my native language so I'm going by deepl. Sorry if some idiomatic expressions don't work.

It's all fun and games, until you all realise truly what the next update will be. To be more exact, how big the file will be in the next update.

It's already way too big. But this update, there will be two months content. Best start praying that your pc will be able to handle it.

well, I personally didn't mind Kirito in anime and then, enjoying seeing Kirito lose someone makes no sense it's like getting revenge on him and for what? why is it annoying?
so I don't know if yours is a fetish or revenge because Kirito was annoying

I'll chime in here as a vanilla fan and non-NTR guy. First of all, I play this because I like seeing Suguha and Asuna and all the SAO girls in sexy situations, and that alone is enough for me to try it regardless of my dislike of the base story.

I don't like the story because: if Kirito is supposed to be 'me', and the whole story is about my woman being stolen away with nothing I can do about it (and by this scumbag, not even a real man)... what's the appeal of this? I don't get it. You have to be some kind of a masochist to jerk off to this. That's fine if that's you, but it's not me.

The other angle would have to be "I don't like Kirito and enjoy watching him lose Asuna", but that's not true for me either. I acknowledge he's a mary sue and kind of boring, but I'm not a hater. Not enough for me to enjoy watching a happy couple broken up by this loser.

So I would enjoy this story much more if there was a way I could make Kirito do something, anything to make things right for himself a little bit. That's why I hope for endings like Kirito dumping Asuna and jumping on Suguha, however unlikely they might be. I get that the pure NTR fans don't like it, but... this is a thread about the SAO game, not NTR.

tf are you even talking about? this game is literally about asuna’s corruption and her leaving kirito in the end. it’s an ntr game, so we should only be talking about that. as for suguha, there’s like a 1% chance she ends up with kirito since she already got corrupted in p1. it’s only a matter of time before she falls for inoda too. i don’t get why you’re bringing this vanilla ass fantasy into a game that’s clearly all about ntr. what the fuck

No one falls in love with Inoda as a person, they just want to fuck him
