A lot of scenes can only be unlocked in CG room, and switch the Light Ball to reality will affect some CGs.

There is a fire/light ball in the recollection room. Normally it is blue which it is the normal obstructed view that Kirito sees. But interacting with it you can turn it green which will give you a unobstructed view of all the scenes.
